Suppliers and Customers

1. Customer Relations:

Our company maintains close contact with business units and customers, strictly adhering to contracts and related provisions to ensure customer rights and provide high-quality services. We have established a comprehensive and standardized customer complaint handling process, regularly monitoring its implementation to ensure that customer feedback is handled appropriately.

2. Supplier Management Policy:

Our company has a rigorous supplier selection system, and once a partnership is established, transactions are conducted in a fair, honest, and transparent manner. Both parties are prohibited from providing, promising, requesting, or accepting any improper benefits directly or indirectly. Manipulation, concealment, abuse of information obtained based on duty, making false statements about important matters, or engaging in other unfair trading practices are strictly forbidden. This is to safeguard the legal rights of both parties and seek long-term and stable cooperation.

3. Supplier Management Procedures:

To standardize and systematize supplier management, ensuring compliance with quality and environmental regulations, effective procurement risk control, and guaranteeing procurement quality, we have established supplier management procedures.

- Supplier Evaluation:

Before becoming an approved supplier, an evaluation must be conducted following our supplier management procedures.

  1. Priority is given to suppliers with ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949, OHSAS18001 certifications, and with design and development capabilities, manufacturing capabilities, and financial stability.
  2. Key material and direct product packaging material suppliers must have ISO9001 quality management system certification.
  3. Key material suppliers, in addition to ISO9001 certification, must gradually implement the IATF16949 management system certification, ultimately aiming to pass IATF16949 certification.
  4. Suppliers for automotive products should preferably have IATF16949 management system certification.
  5. Local suppliers must obtain valid factory registration certificates issued by local governments based on business categories.

- Supplier Audits:

Our company conducts regular self-assessments and on-site audits of suppliers. We track improvement progress for identified deficiencies, aiming to enhance quality, technology, process efficiency, yield, environmental protection, and safety. Suppliers are also required to sign documents such as the "Letter of Assurance for Not Using Hazardous Substances" and the "Code of Business Ethics and Integrity Commitment."
