Collaborative Concept Development

When we receive customer inquiries, we synchronously evaluate patent searches, automated machine design, APQP, mold/die design, and cost and value engineering during the product design phase.

Product Design

For R&D tooling and product design, we utilize ProE and AutoCAD. Furthermore, we excel in mold flow and FEA analysis, ensuring the absence of any quality risks in both product and mold design.

Tooling

We have our own tooling center, enabling us to internally design and fabricate stamping and injection molds, as well as automatic machine parts.

Rapid Prototyping

With an efficient R&D team and modern manufacturing facilities, we swiftly transform concepts into tangible prototypes. This not only shortens the product development cycle but also involves customers early in the design process, ensuring the final connector product meets their requirements.

Manufacturing

From stamping, electroplating, injection molding, assembly, and packing, to pre-shipping processes, we manage it all in-house.
